30 Hour PFY Fusion Teacher Training: Badasses Needed

Hot Powerflow Fusion is a form-focused, music-driven fitness experience. In this 50-minute class, you can expect to build muscle strength and improve flexibility, coordination and range of motion. You will use props such as weights and resistance bands to help you properly activate specific areas of your body like your thighs, core and glutes. These classes incorporate low-impact movements to give you the workout you love while reducing your risk of injury.

In this training, you will learn the six segments of our signature Hot Powerflow Fusion sequence that you can take with you to teach. You will leave with a better understanding of how to fuse props such as weights, tune-up balls and the barre into an existing fitness routine. Our 30 Hour Fusion Teacher Training is perfect for yoga teachers looking to shake things up, personal trainers and curious workout aficionados.
