30 Hour PFY Fusion Teacher Training
Hot Powerflow Fusion is a form-focused, music-driven fitness experience. In this 50-minute class, you can expect to build muscle strength and improve flexibility, coordination, and range of motion. You will use props such as weights and resistance bands to help you properly activate specific areas of your body like your thighs, core and glutes. These classes incorporate low-impact movements to give you the workout you love while reducing your risk of injury.
In this training, you will learn the six segments of our signature Hot Powerflow Fusion sequence that you can take with you to teach. You will leave with a better understanding of how to fuse props such as weights, tune-up balls and the barre into an existing fitness routine. Our 30 Hour Fusion Teacher Training is perfect for yoga teachers looking to shake things up, personal trainers and curious workout aficionados.

About Nicole Dockx
Nicole’s passion for movement and wellness is inspired by her days playing Division 1 softball at Fordham University. Nicole holds a variety of fitness certifications, including TRX, HIIT and kettle-bell classes. She learned to teach Barre and Core Fusion classes in the Exhale Core Fusion program. Nicole completed her 200 hour certification to teach yoga under the guidance of Stacey Bell and Carrie Parker. Nicole draws inspiration from these various disciplines to deliver a well-rounded workout experience that benefits her students’ bodies and minds. Nicole encourages proper alignment and motivates her students to safely push past their limits and realize their potential. Nicole’s ultimate goal is to help students discover their own strength to become more empowered and confident on and off the mat.
