Powerflow Yoga Clifton (PFY Clifton) is located at 1288 Van Houten Ave. We’re right next door to our friends at The Barrow House and just a few moments away from Montclair State University. There is free parking available in our lot out front or in the parking lot behind the restaurant next door.

Please note: In- studio no-shows who do not cancel their registration 8 hours prior to class time will forfeit one class from their class packs or be charged $25 (for holders of monthly unlimited packages or Power Plus Memberships

Amenities

Our studios come fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your yoga class. You can rent our Manduka yoga mats for $3, buy a hand towel for $2, or bring your own. We provide our students with blocks and straps. Our changing rooms, bathrooms and showers are available for your use, but please bring your own shower towel.

Don’t miss our beautiful retail section, which is stocked with the hottest yoga clothes and accessories from your favorite brands like Spiritual Gangster, S’well, Emily Hsu, K. Deer and more. You can purchase our Fiji bottled water for $3, or bring your own bottle and fill it up for free with our purified water coolers.
