Powerflow Yoga Livingston (PFY Livingston) is located at 155 S. Livingston Ave. next to our friends at Cocco Bello Cafe.
Our yoga studio is in a shopping plaza, so there is plenty of free parking available. Just FYI: On Saturdays the hair salons are quite busy, so give yourself some extra time to find parking.

Amenities
Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered. All of our studios have bathrooms, changing rooms and showers available for your use.
While you’re still getting your feet wet, rent one of our Manduka yoga mats. We also offer free-of-charge blocks and straps. But after you take a few yoga classes, we recommend you purchase your own equipment. It’s more sanitary. We sell high-quality, non-slip yoga mats, foam and cork blocks, straps, mat carriers and sticky towels. You’ll also find for during and after class leggings, sports bras, athleisure and hoodies.

Amenities
Our studios come fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your yoga class. You can rent our Manduka yoga mats for $3, buy a hand towel $2, or bring your own. We provide our students with blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters and hand towels free of charge. Our changing rooms, bathrooms and showers are available for your use, but please bring your own shower towel.
Don’t miss our beautiful retail section, which is stocked with the hottest yoga clothes and accessories from your favorite brands like Spiritual Gangster, S’well, Emily Hsu, K. Deer and more. You can purchase our Fiji bottled water for $3, or bring your own bottle and fill it up for free with our purified water coolers.
