Join James & Agnes for a transformative workshop designed to help you move, release, and relax!

First, Agnes will lead you through energizing and toning mobility movements that draw on her expertise in dance, pilates, and barre to help you build strength, sculpt muscles, and define a long and lean physique. Incorporating dancer-style active stretching throughout, you’ll improve flexibility and ease stiffness.

Then, James will guide you through a deeply restorative yin yoga practice that releases deep tension and blockages in the body & mind so you can find true stillness.

Finally, a soothing sound bath will wash away stress and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.  Afterwards, we’ll celebrate your newfound flexibility and inner peace with beverages and mingling—because growth and good times go hand-in-hand. Let’s stretch, sip, and celebrate
