Join us for the Summer Solstice – the longest day of the year and the first day of Summer – to harness the power of energy at its peak!
Summer is peak Yang energy. Yang energy propels us forward, soaks us in joy, and reminds us that the sun will always return.

This extra special class will begin with Yin Yoga & Acupressure to guide you through the transition of seasons. Hands-on Reiki will be administered during these poses, followed by a 30 minute yoga nidra meditation, and ending with creating your own intention candle. You’ll be choosing the scent, writing intentions on wicks, preparing the vessel, pouring wax, and mixing the candle to make it truly yours. While the candle sits and cures, we’ll make labels, dress the candles, and chat!
