Yin yoga teacher training Deb Donnally Powerflow Yoga Chatham LivingstonMeet Deb Donnally

Deb trained in her early years as a nurse, and was always fascinated by the human body-mind connection. She plays in these connections every day as a healer, teacher and living being. She believes in the importance of learning to breathe, flow and be still as a means of balancing the inertia of the very active world in which we all live.

Deb loves guiding her students on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Her innate understanding of the Yin practice informs her ability to bring more conscious awareness to her students of the subtle energies within their bodies. She specializes in yoga and meditation practices that awaken this understanding and promote well-being. yin teacher training powerflow yoga morristown chathamMeet Nicole Stambo

Nicole Stambo is a certified 200-hour Hatha teacher with an additional certification in Yin yoga. Nicole started practicing yoga around 10 years ago in effort to relieve her chronic back pain and other physical ailments. Once she discovered how therapeutic yoga was, not only on a physical level, but on an emotional and mental level, she decided she needed to pass it on to others. She received her 200-hour certification from Yoga in the World with Anayra Calderon and Victoria Arvizu, but her body and mind craved more and completed a 30-hour Yin certification at Powerflow Yoga with Debra Donnally and Crystal Paone. Her dharma for Yin reflects in her teachings as an advocate for the restful and therapeutic yoga practice by promoting equanimity of the body and mind, and integrating the yin into the yang world of power yoga.
