Transformational Breathwork is a holistic and therapeutic approach that centers around the use of deliberate, conscious breathing techniques to promote emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. In a Transformational Breathwork session, participants engage in deep, rhythmic breathing patterns crafted to release emotional blockages, alleviate stress, and enhance oxygen circulation throughout the body. This transformative process often incorporates guided meditation and sound therapy to enrich the overall experience. Transformational Breathwork is seen as a means to help individuals access their subconscious, process past traumas, and foster self-awareness and personal growth, leading to a profound sense of inner transformation and healing.
Dean Cramp, a certified Breathwork facilitator, Sound Healer, and Life Coach, embarked on his journey with Transformational Breathwork in 2018 while residing in Southern California. There, he received mentorship from Lance Smith of Evolve Breathwork. Subsequently, Dean achieved Level 5 certification under the guidance of David Elliott, a highly regarded expert in the field of Breathwork. Upon his return to New Jersey in 2021, Dean recognized the local demand for Breathwork and established Transcend Healing and Breathwork LLC. The mission of this venture is to assist individuals on their personal growth, grounding, and healing journey by harnessing the transformative power of Breathwork.
Breathwork is a therapeutic technique that combines deliberate, conscious breathing with evocative music, inducing altered states of consciousness to facilitate personal transformation, self-exploration, insight, and healing.
