Join us on Sunday, March 22, for a deeply immersive Sound Bath experience designed to guide you into
relaxation and inner harmony.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you settle into the space, followed by pranayama to
release tension and invite a sense of calm. From there, you’ll be enveloped in the healing vibrations of
Tibetan singing bowls and other sacred Tibetan instruments allow the soothing frequencies to wash
over you, bringing balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

This practice offers a chance to unplug, reset, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. If
