The New Moon offers a quiet opening—a moment to pause, reflect, and choose what we
are ready to nurture.
This gathering explores the theme of love and light through their natural polarity: love
and fear, light and shadow. Rather than separating or judging these parts, we’ll explore
how they coexist and what it means to meet ourselves in our fullness.
As we stand at the beginning of a new cycle, we’ll reflect on an essential question:
What seeds are you planting under this New Moon—fear or love, shadow or light?
Not as an either/or, but as an opportunity to choose with awareness, compassion, and
intention.
Join La Frecuencia Collective — Ernesto and Jessica Diana for an intimate evening
designed to support release, embodiment, and conscious renewal.
The evening will include:
- A Dharma Talk exploring polarity, integration, and wholeness
- Gentle yoga to support release, grounding, and nervous system ease
- A guided La Frecuencia meditation, inviting awareness of both shadow and light
- Hands-on Reiki and sound healing to support deep rest, clarity, and energetic
balance
