From Foundations to Freedom: A Breathwork Journey is a transformational 8-week experience that guides you from the foundations of conscious breathing all the way to advanced, state-shifting techniques designed to awaken your full potential.
Each week, you’ll learn and embody practices that regulate the nervous system, release stored emotional blocks, elevate awareness, and align you with your most empowered self — all through the ancient and modern science of breath.
You’ll explore:
The four pillars of breathwork: Calming, Active, Dynamic & Freedom techniques
Ancient pranayama practices from the yogic tradition — one of the Eight Limbs of Yoga
Modern breathwork modalities for trauma release, nervous system healing, and expanded states of consciousness
The anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics of optimal breathing
How to shift your mind, emotions, and energetic state using only your breath
How to create and maintain a daily breathwork practice that grounds, heals, and transforms your life from the inside out
Throughout the course, you’ll be gently encouraged to build your own daily breathwork ritual—not just as a technique, but as a way of life. You’ll begin to notice how just a few minutes of intentional breathing each day can profoundly shift your mood, clarity, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
Each session includes guided instruction, hands-on technique training, personal integration, and a supportive space for growth.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, this journey offers a powerful foundation — and the tools to rise far beyond it.
All levels welcome. No experience necessary — just bring your breath, your heart, and your intention.
Optional: Bring a journal, yoga mat, water, and layers for comfort.
Can’t make every class live? Don’t worry — all sessions will be recorded and shared so you can revisit or catch up anytime.
