Prepare for your year with a unique fusion of mindful movement and cosmic insight. Join Mackenzie in “Embodied Astrology”, a holistic workshop designed to help you navigate 2026 with clarity and intention by connecting you deeply to the wisdom of your personal birth chart.

We’ll begin by connecting to the energies of the zodiac signs through a centering, slow yoga flow, grounding our intuition before diving into the stars.

Then, we’ll learn the basics of birth charts, the cosmic map unique to every individual. Learn the essentials—your Sun, Moon, Rising, major planetary placements, and houses—and receive a personalized mini-reading from Mackenzie. 

Finally, we’ll map the major astrological transits of 2026 in relation to your birth chart, so you can see where the year will bring growth, challenge, and opportunity.

Students will receive an astro worksheet and notebook for note taking, in addition to an individual chart reading. Prior to the workshop date, students must send Mackenzie their date, time and location of birth to receive a reading.
