This period invites us to gather our experiences, growth, and self-discoveries, preparing for introspection during the serene winter months. During autumn, the focus lies on restoring balance to the Lung and Large Intestine, harmonizing the intake and release processes to eliminate stagnation and welcome a sense of lightness. Our mini-retreat encompasses Yin Yoga, Self-Acupressure, Hands-On Reiki, and culminates with a Yoga Nidra meditation, reflecting on the transition of seasons.
