Retreat Leaders

Emma Kealy

Emma began practicing yoga in 2004. Under the direction of David Hollander, Michael Gilbert and Govinda Kai, she completed her 200-hour certification at New York Yoga shortly thereafter. In 2005, Emma completed her prenatal yoga certification at OM Yoga.

Emma is known for teaching a playful yet challenging yoga class. She incorporates elements of Ashtanga, Jivamukti and other flow styles to create a unique, soulful experience. Inspired by her love of yoga and music, Emma encourages her students to be precise and focused as she guides them through a rhythmic flow. After all, breath is the link between body, mind and spirit. Emma is incredibly grateful to share the inspiring gift of yoga with others.

Nicole Dockx

Nicole has a lifelong passion for movement and wellness. After playing Division 1 softball at Fordham University, Nicole went on to become a certified health coach and fitness teacher. She is certified to lead Barre, TRX, HIIT and kettle bell classes, and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with PFY’s Carrie Parker and Stacey Bell.

Nicole’s teaching style is best described as passionate, motivational and highly energetic. She draws on different techniques and disciplines to form her classes, since a well-rounded workout is most beneficial for a healthy body and mind. Ultimately, her goal is to help you find your own strength in her classes, so you may feel more empowered and confident off the mat.
