Woman in plank pose during a PFY Fusion class. Powerflow Yoga is proud to offer the premier 30 Hour PFY Fusion Teacher Training. Your lead trainer, Nicole Dockx, created Hot Powerflow Fusion classes to help students deepen their yoga practice through an approach that integrates barre, yoga and HIIT. Fusion classes will build muscle strength and improve flexibility, coordination and balance.

In this training, you will learn the signature Hot Powerflow Fusion sequence, so you can teach this popular class. You will understand how low-impact movements can improve students’ health and reduce risk of injury. Incorporate traditional yoga poses and props such as weights, resistance bands, mini-exercise balls and the barre to deliver a well-rounded experience. Whether you want to teach a Hot Powerflow Fusion class or deepen your own practice, this training delivers.

Early bird rate: $475 (early bird deadline is Tuesday, March 13)

About Nicole Dockx

Nicole’s passion for movement and wellness is inspired by her days playing Division 1 softball at Fordham University. Nicole holds a variety of fitness certifications, including TRX, HIIT and kettle-bell classes. She learned to teach Barre and Core Fusion classes in the Exhale Core Fusion program and is working under the guidance of Stacey Bell and Carrie Parker toward her 200 hour certification to teach yoga. Nicole draws inspiration from these various disciplines to deliver a well-rounded workout experience that benefits her students’ bodies and minds. Nicole encourages proper alignment and motivates her students to safely push past their limits and realize their potential. Nicole’s ultimate goal is to help students discover their own strength to become more empowered and confident on and off the mat.
