30 Hour PFY Fusion Teacher Training
Spring 2018 30 Hour PFY Fusion Teacher Training
Powerflow Yoga is proud to offer the premier 30 Hour PFY Fusion Teacher Training. Your lead trainer, Nicole Dockx, created Hot Powerflow Fusion classes to help students deepen their yoga practice through an approach that integrates barre, yoga and HIIT. Fusion classes will build muscle strength and improve flexibility, coordination and balance.
In this training, you will learn the signature Hot Powerflow Fusion sequence, so you can teach this popular class. You will understand how low-impact movements can improve students’ health and reduce risk of injury. Incorporate traditional yoga poses and props such as weights, resistance bands, mini-exercise balls and the barre to deliver a well-rounded experience. Whether you want to teach a Hot Powerflow Fusion class or deepen your own practice, this training delivers.
