Take a Stand. Make a Change. Take Action.
Everyone deserves to live free of oppression and racism. We must use this moment to take a stand, to speak up on inclusion, and to advocate for equity.
Powerflow Yoga stands in solidarity with the Black community, and The Black Lives Matter movement needs everyone’s help.
We will continue our work with a goal of justice for all. However, creating lasting change doesn’t happen alone or overnight. We all must be advocates for equality. We must continually listen and learn so we can be the best allies possible for the Black community and for everyone whose voices are underrepresented.
We have created this resource page for you to provide information for those who seek to be informed about racism and what you can do to create change. We will continuously update this page. If you wish to suggest resources, to be considered for this page, please email us at socialmedia@powerflownj.com
We know there’s more that must be done, and we are fully committed to taking action. We won’t be able to solve everything at once, but we will press forward together to create impactful and meaningful change. The time is now. It starts with us.
It is not enough to state, “I am not a racist.” We must be anti-racist.
